Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is looking for a Meat Department team member to help with receiving, cutting, wrapping and merchandising fresh and processed meats for Members. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation and friendly service in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of meat cutting training or apprenticeship.
• Experience handling meat, poultry, seafood or deli items preferred.
• Ability to learn club policies and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions about meat, poultry and seafood.
• Cut, weigh, wrap and label meat products to company standards.
• Keep cases stocked, rotated and displayed attractively.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the meat department.
• Support team in ordering and stocking as needed.
