Qualifications

• Experience in food service, grocery, or related field preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to quality and presentation.
• Ability to read, understand and follow verbal and written directions.
• Reliable with attendance and able to meet work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and teammates.
• Engage with customers, offer product information and suggestions.
• Order, cut, grind, slice, weigh, wrap and label products per quality and safety standards.
• Control product shrink and inventory costs through proper handling and prep.
• Sell products by providing helpful information and recommendations.
• Use meat department tools safely and follow safety standards.
• Keep the meat counter clean, stocked, and organized.
