Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring for a Meat Cutter in Lakeland, TN. The role focuses on customer service, safe meat handling, and accurate stocking of beef, chicken, pork and veal across fresh and frozen cases.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in grocery meat departments. Weekend/evening hours are expected, with physical lifting and equipment use involved.

• Preferred 2–3 years grocery retail experience in Meat department.

Mansioni

• Receive and unload shipments, price products and stock cases with proper rotation.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment meeting safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensure compliance with weights, measures and labeling laws.
• Greet customers and take their orders.
• Cut, tray and package meat and seafood items for the day.
• Use cutting equipment safely and follow gloves policy.
• Participate in pre-inventory prep and back stock organization.
