Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order, cut, grind, slice, weigh, wrap and label items per quality and safety standards.
• Control shrink and manage inventory through proper handling and packaging.
• Sell and inform customers with helpful product information.
• Use meat department tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor pricing, signage and placement of products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked counters and service cases.
• Assist in preparing ready-to-go meat products and deli items.
• Slice and weigh deli meats and cheeses and merchandise neatly.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction.
• Work in a safety-sensitive role and perform other duties as assigned.
