Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly service to guests.
• Prepare product for sale (cutting, weighing, trimming) according to standards.
• Price, stock, and rotate frozen and fresh meat.
• Fulfill special guest service requests (e.g., special cuts).
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, sales, and prep areas.
• Ensure high quality, fresh, and properly dated products.
• Communicate temperature issues to supervisor.
• Announce meat department sale items on PA system.
• Assist in receiving and storage of products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
