Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly service to guests.
• Prepare product for sale (cutting, weighing, trimming) per standards.
• Price, stock, and rotate meats in the case.
• Fulfill special guest service requests (e.g., cuts, slicing).
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, sales, and prep areas.
• Keep high quality, fresh, properly dated product available.
• Report temperature failures to supervisor.
• Announce meat department sale items over PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
