Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and comprehension of notes, labels and recipes.
• Basic mathematical skills for weights, pricing and measurements.
• Detail-oriented approach to trimming, portioning and merchandising.
• 1 year of retail or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cut and weigh steaks, chops, etc. for individual servings.
• Produce value-added products per established guidelines.
• Cut, trim and bone carcass sections to cooking cuts.
• Grind, tray meats and make sausage per recipes.
• Price, date, wrap and bag meat products per guidelines.
