Qualifications

• No prior meat cutting experience required; willing to learn on the job.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe handling of raw meat.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Team player with willingness to learn from mentors.
• Basic familiarity with meat department tools or eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meat products.
