Albertsons Companies is seeking a Meat Cutter Apprentice in North Bend, WA. You will work alongside experienced meat cutters to learn cutting, trimming, and preparation of a variety of meat products, while maintaining displays, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

No prior experience required; strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential. You will contribute to a friendly customer service experience, with the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn via on-the-job training and mentorship.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to learning and contributing to the team.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe handling practices for raw meat.
• Friendly and helpful attitude with customers and product questions.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand long hours, and work in refrigerated environments.
• Follow instructions precisely and keep workspaces clean and organized.
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn meat department tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced meat cutters and learn cutting, trimming, and prep of meat products.
