Qualifications

• Willingness to develop meat cutting skills through on-the-job training.
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to learning and contributing.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and safe handling practices for raw meat.
• Friendly and helpful attitude to assist customers and answer questions.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in refrigerated environments.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and keep spaces clean.
• Willingness to partner with associates and contribute to a positive store culture.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use meat department tools.
