What You’ll Do
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and support business needs in other areas.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of floor operations, inventory, sanitation, and equipment maintenance. Prepare and cut meat products according to standards and maintain quality.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates.
- Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence, keep work area compliant, manage quality and date control, eliminate waste, and assist members with purchasing decisions.

Hourly Wage Range
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
