What you'll do

Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and works flexibly in other areas as needed.
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares meat products according to established standards; maintains product quality standards.
Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages their use.
Be an Owner: Maintains operational excellence and work area according to company policies; ensures quality and date control for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member’s experience in meat and modeling high-quality service and products; executes basics at the highest level and shows energy and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in business processes.
