- Demonstrate product safety standards, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Use digital tools to drive sales and improve experience.
- Ensure operational excellence, quality and date control, secure merchandise, eliminate waste.
- Advocate for the department and club, model high quality service, energy, commitment.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and ethics, using open door policy.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers.
- Implement improvement opportunities; adapt to change.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in perishable department or meat cutting preferred.
- Knowledge of meat industry, safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to use handheld technology for production decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
