Overview
Meat Cutter and Wrapper at Sam's Club. The role involves working in the meat department to cut, wrap, package, and display meat products for our members, while upholding quality and customer service standards. You will be on the front lines of customer service, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience and discussed with your recruiter.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the meat team to build a strong department and communicate with team members; be flexible to work in other areas as needed.
- Prepare meat products according to established standards (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming); cut boneless meat products; maintain product quality standards.
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; ensure product safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Leverage digital tools and handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality decisions with the member in mind.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and member-ready work area; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage in accordance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; apply company guidelines in daily work.
