Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

What you'll do

Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas based on business needs.
Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of floor and backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and the operation, maintenance, and sanitization of equipment; prepares (e.g., cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) meat products according to established standards; cuts boneless meat products; maintains product quality standards.
Be a Techie: Utilizes digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner: Maintains operational excellence and a clean, compliant work area; ensures quality and date control standards for meat products; secures fragile and high-shrink merchandise; eliminates waste; assists members with purchasing decisions; ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored per policies.
Be a Talent Ambassador: Represents the department and club by valuing the member's experience in meat and modeling high-quality service and products; executes basics at the highest level of quality; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy in daily work.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
