Job summary

The Meat Cutter at #7 Spring Hill in Kansas is responsible for cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of meat, operating tools safely, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe department that encourages customers to return.

Your duties include reading cutting lists, maintaining meat cases, performing primal cuts, grinding meats, stocking cases, rotating products, assisting with inventory, and helping customers with requests and information, always

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

• Assists Meat Manager with inventory.

• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, cases work area and sales floor.
• Works with company programs, policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
