Job summary

Queen Enterprises is seeking a Meat Cutter in Spring Hill, KS to cut and prepare a variety of meats and assist customers with selections. The role requires knowledge of meat cuts, safe operation of equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe department environment.

The candidate should be able to read cutting lists, rotate stock, and support inventory alongside the Meat Manager. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

The Meat Cutter is responsible for cutting and preparing all varieties and cuts of meat, including the safe operation of tools. The Meat Cutter is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Meat Cutters will need to know the varieties of meats and cuts and help customers identify the best selections.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
