#1 Paola Meat Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to cut and prepare all meat varieties and cuts, operate tools safely, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe department. The role emphasizes helping customers identify the best selections and keeping displays stocked.

You will read cutting lists, rotate stock, assist with inventory, and operate wrapping scales and other department machinery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of meat varieties and cuts to help customers choose the best selections.

• Grinds meats.
• Fills cases/stock meat.

• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, cases work area and sales floor.
• Works with company programs, policies and procedures.

Meat Cutters will need to know the varieties of meats and cuts and help customers identify the best selections.
