An established industry player is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join their team in Orlando. This role involves handling and cutting various types of meat, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. The Meat Cutter reports to the Meat Production Supervisor and is responsible for all meat production tasks. The Meat Cutter may be placed in certain areas of the meat production operation based on experience level. He/she is responsible for learning company protocols and executing them in a professional manner under the supervision of a Meat Production Supervisor or Meat Production Specialist.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required. 7+ years experience cutting beef, pork, and lamb primals.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Food Safety Certification preferred.
