Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Kentucky is hiring a Meat Clerk to assist in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind, and to follow the production schedule to meet store needs. You will write fresh meat orders, organize deliveries, and maintain a positive relationship with customers and team members.

The role requires familiarity with weights and measures and adherence to safety standards. Experience with product presentation, inventory control, and CAO software is preferred, and a handjack/hilo license

This position assists in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind. The individual also follows the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts.

What You Bring With You (Qualifications):

• Familiarity with weights and measure processes specific to meat processing.
