Responsibilities

1. Cutting fresh steaks by hand
2. Reading prep sheets
3. Following Texas Roadhouse specifications
4. Tracking product yield
5. Setting up the meat display case
6. Properly using and maintaining kitchen equipment
7. Keeping the meat room walk-in clean and organized
8. Following storage and rotation procedures
9. Maintaining safety and sanitation standards
10. Exhibiting teamwork
