Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Position Summary

As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will drive sales in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do
  1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicate effectively, develop interpersonal skills, provide customer service, be flexible to business needs, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
  2. Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of various meat products, equipment, and backroom operations. Provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management. Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
  3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions, training, and product quality, and encourage others to adopt these tools.
  4. Be an Owner: Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence, planning for profitability, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring high-quality standards, eliminating waste, securing fragile merchandise, assisting members, and proper packaging and storage.
  5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, value members' experience, model high-quality service, interact with associates to identify roadblocks, and assist in training.
  6. Compliance and Work Management: Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Complete work assignments, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.
  7. Respect the Individual: Embrace diversity, create a supportive workplace, build trusting relationships, and foster a culture of belonging. Support and mentor others, recognize contributions.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual wage will meet or exceed the minimum applicable to the location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, or work performed.
