Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Skilled and Devoted Team Members
- Participate in setting and achieving goals to enhance skills and engagement.
- Assist in training and developing other Meat Department team members.
- Comply with all company policies and directives.
- Engage in training and development activities.
- Guest Service / Team Work
- Deliver excellent guest service with friendly and courteous behavior.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments for smooth operations.

- Identify, cut, process, rotate, and merchandise all types of meat and seafood products according to standards.
- Maintain adherence to all regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and product selection.
- Respond to guest inquiries about products and ingredients.
- Handle seafood products as needed.
