Our franchise organization, Mohave GC, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team!

Position: Meat Cutter

The Meat Cutter’s performance, including the ability to cut for quality and quantity, significantly impacts the guest’s dining experience. Top-quality meat cutting ensures optimal product use for profit and provides guests with full value in both product and service.

Responsibilities

1. Food Production:

• Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Follows the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Rotates meat to ensure freshness.
• Stocks and arranges the Meat Cooler following food safety guidelines.

Cleanliness:

• Sanitizes all surfaces between production of different meats to prevent cross-contamination.
• Recognizes signs of spoiled meat (sticky, slick, bad smell).
• Cleans and sanitizes the meat room according to standards.
• Follows local health department laws.

Operational Excellence:

• Uses forms to maintain inventory and determine production levels.
• Reports discrepancies in product or equipment to the manager.
• Performs opening and closing procedures.
• Maintains equipment per the maintenance manual.
• Completes duty roster tasks.
