Assist in the daily cutting of fresh beef, pork, and grind.
Follow the production schedule to meet requirements for fresh meat cuts.
Assist in writing fresh meat orders.
Organize and check in fresh meat deliveries.
Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
Familiarity with weights and measures specific to meat processing.
Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures.
Experience in product presentation and packaging.
Experience using Computer Assisted Ordering applications.
Current handjack/hilo license.
Experience with inventory control procedures.
We offer a step pay plan starting between $20.50 and $23.25 per hour, with raises after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
