Job summary

Tony’s Market is seeking a Meat Customer Service team member to greet customers and deliver outstanding service in the Meat Department.

You will respond to inquiries, fulfill special requests, take orders, and assist with prep, wrapping, labeling, and accuracy of orders while following safety and sanitation guidelines. Flexible evenings/weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers immediately and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and fulfill special requests or arrange transfers.
• Take customers' orders and write items on tickets; prepare food per recipes or directions.
• Wrap, label and price items using scales or other pricing methods; check orders for completeness.
• Place special orders or contact other stores to confirm availability when needed.
• Fulfill special requests and replenish demos and display cases.
• Adhere to safety, health and sanitation rules and company policies.
• Attend to duties as assigned and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
