Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.
• Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by checking quality and stocking cases and shelves.
• Maintains back stock in good order and assists with sampling program.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Follows procedures for pricing accuracy and safe work practices.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; reports safety hazards.
