Whole Foods Market is seeking a Meat Department Team Member in Los Angeles. The role focuses on counter service, stocking, and sanitation, with responsibilities across display freshness, back stock, sampling areas, and customer interactions.

Team Members must maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, adhere to health regulations, and support store programs. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends may be required.

Formación

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in a cold environment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; keeps cases and shelves stocked.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling; keeps samples clean and appealing.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Complies with weights and measures and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping environments and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and verifies pricing.
• Reports safety hazards immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
