Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Malibu is seeking a capable Team Member for the meat department. Responsibilities include counter service, stocking, and sanitation while upholding the brand’s standards for friendly, efficient service to customers and teammates.

You will help maintain quality displays, support sampling, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Flexible scheduling may be required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Relevant food-handling knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fresh and appealing displays by checking quality, stocking, rotating products, and removing out-of-date items.
• Maintain back stock in good order and assist with replenishment.
• Support sampling program and keep areas clean and inviting.
• Clean cases, glass, signs, coolers, floors, and drains as needed.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings and meetings.
