Responsibilities

• Ensures a fresh and appealing display by checking quality and stocking cases.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps sample areas full and clean.
• Cleans cases, glass, signs, uprights, coolers, floors, and drains as required.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; works all shifts and attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service; uses suggestive selling; answers phones promptly.
• Maximizes sales by proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising products.
• Follows procedures for health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean and safe working/shopping environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
