The Meat Clerk II role at Coborn's is to provide meat preparation services, stock the service counter and self-service cases, and wait on guests at the counter. You will operate meat tools and assist the Smokehouse team when applicable.

You will ensure quality and freshness across meat, seafood, and smokehouse products, engage customers with samples, and follow health and sanitation regulations. Coborn's offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide meat preparation services and assist guests at the counter.
• Fill service counter and self-service cases and maintain stock.
• Operate meat tools up to 60% of shift and assist Smokehouse staff as needed.
• Ensure quality, freshness and safety of meat, seafood and smokehouse products.
• Educate customers, sample products, and use suggestive selling.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
