Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk II to provide meat preparation services, stock the service counter and self-service cases, and serve guests at the counter.

The role involves using meat operating tools and assisting the Smokehouse Manager with sausage and smokehouse products when applicable. You will ensure fresh meat and seafood, engage customers with samples, and support selling through friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers and assist at the service counter and self-service cases.
• Use meat operating tools and equipment.
• Assist the Smokehouse Manager by creating sausage and other smokehouse products in stores featuring a Smokehouse.
• Educate and assist customers at the meat and seafood service counter; maintain product freshness and stock levels.
