Qualifications

• Guest service experience and ability to assist customers at meat/seafood counters.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Experience with meat preparation tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services and fill service counter and self-service cases.
• Wait on guests at the counter and assist with sausage and smokehouse products if applicable.
• Educate and assist customers, maintain stock in meat and seafood cases.
