Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience.
• Assist customers with meat selections and related services such as slicing or repackaging.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and display meat products following policies and regulations.
• Maintain proper stock and rotation in cases and deli displays.
• Clean equipment and work area in accordance with sanitation procedures.
• Follow safety, weights and measures rules and company recipes.
• Grind meat and prepare specialty items as needed.
• Handle knives and processing tools safely and efficiently.
• Order products, inventory supplies, and support department operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth department operations and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as required.
