Responsibilities

• Assist customers with meat purchases and services such as slicing, grinding, and repackaging.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for meat products per policy and safety standards.
• Maintain proper stock and display of meat and deli products per guidelines.
• Clean up wrapping, scaling, and production equipment per sanitation procedures.
• Follow all food safety regulations and operate meat processing equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of products and supplies as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth department operations and great customer experience.
