Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service while maintaining a professional demeanor and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience (G.O.A.T).
• Assist customers with purchases and services such as slicing, grinding, repackaging, or serving suggestions.
• Wrap, weigh, trim, price, and adjust pricing for all meat products per company policies and food safety standards.
• Maintain proper stock and display of meat products and rotate inventory per standards.
• Clean and sanitize wrapping, scaling, and production equipment as required.
• Follow all safety regulations and operate meat processing equipment safely.
• Handle meat processing tasks including grinding and preparing specialty items.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for handling, storage, and disposal of meat products.
• Assist with inventory and order products and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth department operations.
