Job summary

El Super is seeking a Meat Clerk at our Las Vegas Sahara location to provide friendly, efficient service and keep meat displays stocked and appealing. You’ll work with the Meat Cutter to prepare items and fulfill special orders in a fast-paced grocery environment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 60 pounds, read labels and pricing codes, and deliver accurate, courteous assistance to customers. Food Handler Card is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend instructions, labels, pricing codes and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Present information to customers and staff.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service.
• Clean shelves and display meat cases.
• Assist with special orders and coordinate with the Meat Cutter.
• Lift 50–60 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
