Perform general clean-up and stock work in the Meat department and provide customer service. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide good quality food promptly and cheerfully.
2. Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
3. Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
4. Maintain a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
5. Unload and store merchandise, prepare and display foods according to standards, recipes, and policies.
6. Perform temperature monitoring and ensure product quality, freshness, and safety.
7. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
8. Maintain cleanliness and safety of floors and equipment.
9. Sanitize cookware and utensils as per policies.
10. Manage signage, product rotation, and space allocation.
11. Operate equipment safely and adhere to policies and laws.
12. Operate cash register as applicable.
13. Work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
14. Handle conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
15. Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
