Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities with detail- and data-driven approach
• Experience in meat commodities knowledge (beef, poultry, pork, lamb, veal, smoked, frozen)
• Prior inventory/warehouse distribution experience preferred
• 1–3 years of supermarket or related retail experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Navigate the organization and collaborate cross-functionally to meet category objectives
• Provide members with insights on product performance and category strategy
• Develop and execute short- and long-term category plans
• Direct and mentor analyst resources for category initiatives
• Lead category management projects to optimize assortments and profitability
