Surlean Foods in Texas is seeking a Blender Operator to join our meat processing line. You will work with scale auger operator to transfer meat and ensure correct blending procedures for all products.

Candidates should have high school education or equivalent, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled plant environment. Flexibility in shifts and teamwork are essential to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have solid math skills for calculations.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to maximize production and efficiency.
• Complete paperwork accurately.
• Lockout of equipment before setup/disassembly.
• Quality Control release and raw material tickets as required.
• Monitor product specs for meat blends and sample testing.
• Read and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Rotate jobs as needed.
