Qualifications

• 3 years prior chemical/blending experience preferred.
• 1 year of sit down forklift experience preferred.
• Thorough documentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact and work with team members.
• Must have an understanding of chemicals, measuring and blending.
• Must have excellent math skills.
• Must understand how to read blending tickets and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Weighs and blends formulas as per specifications.
• Stages ingredients and maintains raw material integrity.
• Unloads tanker trucks and ensures safety procedures.
• Performs sanitation and cleaning of equipment as assigned.
• Performs weekly calibration verification of scales in blending/production areas.
• Participates in waste water treatment activities as assigned.
• Performs operator maintenance on blending equipment and flags repairs.
