Job summary

Heinen’s, Inc. in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Meat Associate for a part-time role in our Meat Department. You will support daily operations, handle meat preparation tasks, and help ensure quality, safety, and customer service across shifts.

The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including weekends, and a willingness to learn sourcing and culinary tips; promotion opportunities are available with performance.

• Acquire and share knowledge of Meat Department such as sourcing and culinary tips.
• Responsible for writing orders using effective pars and planning.
• Responsible for working as a team in order to complete daily tasks as needed, including scanning and recording shrink, order writing, raw production, incidental cutting, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Comply with all personal and food safety company standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
