Job summary

Darkroom seeks a Measurement Strategist for a high-visibility consumer AI launch. You’ll evaluate data, challenge assumptions, and decide what the model should test next, working with client-side data and engineering to instrument before launch.

You’ll own forecasting, design testing roadmaps, and define the measurement architecture, translating results for non-specialists and guiding decisive client actions. This is a demanding role on Darkroom’s growth-driven team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing measurement, analytics, or data strategy in an agency or high-growth in-house performance team.
• Experience challenging MMM/vendor outputs and designing real incrementality tests: geo lift, holdout, conversion lift.
• Fluent in causal measurement concepts; strong SQL and spreadsheets; Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own MMM partner relationships and translate outputs into actionable insights for the account team and client.
• Design the testing roadmap: what to test, sequence, duration, power, geography, and read criteria.
• Read tests, extract signal from noise, and recommend next hypotheses to drive the roadmap.
• Define metrics, data sources, and sources of truth; specify instrumentation with client teams.
• Forecast media plans and ramp curves; ensure forecasts inform business decisions.
