Job summary

Darkroom is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer and Data Scientist to build the analytics backbone for Shadow's intelligence layer. You will design metric logic, data schemas, and analytical models, collaborating with marketing teams to translate activity into production-ready insights.

You will also guide measurement of live media programs, perform power analyses, and shape MMM calibration. A strong mix of marketing experience and data science is essential in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on growth marketing experience with data science chops.
• Strong SQL/Python skills and ability to translate signals into metrics.
• Experience with MMM, attribution modeling, and incrementality tests.

Responsibilities

• Design analytical models and metric logic for the Shadow intelligence layer.
• Define marketing schemas linking creative, channel, financial, and customer data.
• Lead measurement of live media programs including power analyses and MMM calibration.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Growth Strategy to translate results into budgets.
