TikTok is seeking a full-time Measurement Partner to support NA Accounts within its Measurement team. You will collaborate with global clients and agencies, working with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class measurement support and strategy execution.

The role emphasizes designing experiments, applying statistical methods, and translating findings into actionable client recommendations in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing measurement.
• Proven inferential problem solving through experimental design and statistics.
• Ability to translate questions into measurement plans and interpret quantitative results, assumptions, uncertainty, and limitations.
• Excellent time-management and goal-oriented task management.
• Strong client communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Able to work with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with large global advertisers and agencies to develop measurement strategies and learning agendas.
• Translate business questions into measurable hypotheses and design study populations, treatment/control structures, outcomes, and data requirements.
• Apply statistical and causal measurement methods across Brand Lift, Conversion Lift, incrementality experiments, geo-based measurement, attribution/ MTA, MMM, and more.
• Analyze results using inferential statistics; assess data quality, biases, and limitations.
• Use SQL, R, and TikTok measurement systems, or collaborate with Measurement Analysts and Data Science on analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Measurement Product, and Data Science to improve methodologies and scale best practices.
