TikTok is seeking a Measurement Partner for NA Accounts within the Global Monetization Product and Technology group in Los Angeles. You will collaborate with major advertisers and agencies to design measurement plans and drive data-driven decisions that optimize advertising investments.

You will design and analyze experiments, apply lift and MTA methods, and translate findings into actionable recommendations while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, marketing measurement, analytics, or related quantitative functions.
• Ability to translate business questions into measurement plans and interpret results, assumptions, and limitations.
• Experience with experimental design, lift, attribution, MTA, or MMM.
• Strong time-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with privacy-first measurement systems.

Aufgaben

• Partner with large global advertisers and agencies to develop measurement strategies and learning agendas.
• Translate business questions into measurable hypotheses and study designs.
• Apply statistical and causal methods across lift studies, attribution, MMM, geo-based measurement, and MTA.
• Analyze results using inferential statistics and assess data quality and limitations.
• Use SQL, R, and TikTok measurement systems to analyze data and communicate findings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Data Science, and other teams to improve methodologies and share client feedback.
