Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Measurement Science Partner to apply rigorous statistical models and causal inference to global advertiser campaigns in New York. You will build production-grade analytics tools in Python and/or R and collaborate closely with client-facing teams to drive revenue growth.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Data Science to evolve measurement infrastructure, train teams, and enable scalable analytics across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science/marketing science/digital measurement with strong modeling.
• Proficient in SQL and Python and/or R; experience building dashboards or analyses in production.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical models and causal inference methods to campaign data to explain drivers of metrics.
• Build production-ready analytics tools and data applications in Python and/or R.
• Collaborate with Measurement Partners to implement advanced measurement strategies for large advertisers.
• Train teams and inform GTM strategies using reporting frameworks and analytical solutions.
