Job summary

Enbridge is seeking an Analyst, IT Application Services to support measurement data systems across natural gas operations, focusing on AVEVA Measurement Advisor and historical data platforms. You will combine administration, data integration, and reporting to enable reliable measurement data.

The role requires collaboration with measurement, operations, and accounting teams, strong SQL/SSRS skills, and experience with data interfaces. Office-based with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or a two-year technical diploma.
• Knowledge of SCADA/OT data environments; experience with utility/regulatory environments.
• Hands-on experience in SQL and relational databases, including query development and data analysis.
• Experience with SSRS reporting.
• Experience developing or supporting data interfaces and automated data processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to support end users and troubleshoot in production environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as administrator for AVEVA Measurement Advisor, including config, user access, and ongoing support.
• Support data import/export between Measurement Advisor, historical databases, and enterprise systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports for business and ops needs.
• Collaborate with Measurement, Operations, and accounting to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Maintain integrations between Measurement Advisor and historical data systems for accuracy.
• Test, validate, and deploy data interfaces and reporting solutions per requirements.
• Provide level 2/3 support for Measurement Advisor and related data systems.
• Develop technical docs, user guides, and training materials; guide end users.
• Work with IT, DB, and infra teams to ensure performance and data integrity.
