Job summary

Enbridge is seeking an Analyst, IT Application Services to support measurement and historical data systems across natural gas operations. You will focus on AVEVA Measurement Advisor and related platforms, delivering reliable data and responsive support to business teams.

You will configure the system, manage data interfaces, develop SSRS reports, and collaborate with Measurement, Operations, and Accounting to translate requirements into technical solutions. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to application support, data integration, reporting, or systems analysis roles.
• Knowledge of SCADA/OT data environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases, including query development and data analysis.
• Experience developing or supporting SSRS reporting solutions.
• Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting data interfaces, scripts, or automated data processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as administrator for AVEVA Measurement Advisor, including system configuration and user access.
• Support data imports/exports between Measurement Advisor, historical databases, and other systems.
• Design, create, and maintain SSRS reports for business and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Measurement, Operations, and Accounting to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Support and maintain integrations between Measurement Advisor and other data systems.
• Test, validate, and deploy data interfaces, reporting solutions, and system updates.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for Measurement Advisor and related data/reporting systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with IT, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure performance and data integrity.
