Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or with evidence of success in quantitative courses
• Experience with data analysis for large-scale programs preferred
• Familiarity with psychometric principles and theory is desirable

Responsibilities

• Takes direction from psychometric leads and follows best practices
• Conducts analyses using exploratory techniques
• Executes and debugs existing analysis tools
• Works with diverse data structures and moderately complex files
• Evaluates data suitability for analyses
• Interprets outcomes for usability and quality
• Prepares and manages data for internal use
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and tech staff
• Opens to using AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency
• Meets deadlines while working independently, including travel up to 5%
